chree, chrain

something peculiar with articulating the consonant clusters tr and dr.

tɚi, tɝaɪn

the transition from [t] to [ɚ] is not stable; tʃɚ, dʒɚ are more stable: tahts why you hear chrain or chree from native speakers.
However, with the trilled r, tr and dr seems to be stable: these trilled colored clusters produced by indians appear different.
